breathwork offerings

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an umbrella term for thousands of practices that utilize specific breath patterns, breath rhythms, and varied uses of the nostrils and mouth to consciously shift your mental and emotional states, impact your nervous system, heal trauma stored somatically (in your body), and expand your intuitive and spiritual connection.

What Breathwork Practices Do I Offer?

The breathwork practices that I teach are a combination of my studies and training in Kundalini yoga & meditation, Angelic Breath Healing, HeartMath Institute, and Integrative Somatic Parts Work and my own intuition. I am a believer in devoted practice, studying with the mentors and teachers I am called to, and allowing my intuition to lead me.

The community breathwork ceremonies I facilitate locally and virtually almost always feature the three-part, active breath pattern that I learned in Angelic Breath Healing teacher training (2017 — 2018). This
is a simple, powerful, effective, and truly transformational practice that allows you to clear stored stress, trauma, and stuck energy from your nervous system, chakra system, muscles, and tissues and connect more deeply with your intuition, your soul essence, and your angels, ancestors, and spirit team.
