Self Love Meditation

 
 
 

This guided meditation for self love can support you with turning down the volume on the voice of the inner critic and turning up the volume on the voice of your soul.

Set to the solfeggio frequency of 528 Hz (known as the love frequency) and using the power of guided visualization, this meditation can equip you to return to the remembrance of your core essential nature, which is love.

The intention of this meditation is to support you to:

  • Use the power of intention, visualization, and consciously choosing how you want to feel to self-generate a new and higher vibrational state-of-being

  • Cultivate a deeper sense of compassion, care, and love towards yourself in your daily life

  • Use the practice of feeling and visualizing color (in this case, soft pink) to assist you with changing your state
