INTEGRATION

Develop a relationship with the animal spirit who came forward for you. You can do this by asking them questions, speaking to them and with them, writing to them and with them, meditating with them, etc. Keep an eye out for signs they might send to you in the physical realm, too! You can also call back the feeling and the image of what you experienced in the breathwork ceremony as a daily ritual to embed that experience into your life.
